Referrals from Healthcare Providers

Lighthouse of Pinellas is your partner in the care of your patients with low vision or blindness. If low vision is preventing your patient from easily performing typical activities of daily living like applying toothpaste on a toothbrush, shaving, pouring something to drink, seeing the buttons on a remote control or reading, the Lighthouse staff is here to help. Our primary goal is to help individuals with vision impairment live as independently as possible.

The Lighthouse of Pinellas is accredited by the National Accreditation Council for Blind and Low Vision Services and our professional staff are experts in the field of blindness and visual impairments. All of our rehabilitation staff have Bachelor’s Degrees and most have Master’s Degrees in Visual Disabilities as well as national certifications in their field of specialty.
