Bowling for the Blind-Having Fun While Helping the Blind

Our wildly popular Bowling for the Blind event was a wonderful opportunity to get the family together for an outing, build team moral for office staff, or just bowl for the fun of it!

According to Madison Avenue advertisers and Hollywood executives, bowling is chic. Dozens of recent movies, commercials, and television shows feature or include bowling in their productions.  Bowling-inspired items are showing up in stores in everything from bowling bag purses to cuff links. Fifties-style retro bowling shirts are one of the country’s hottest “new” fashion statements.

Bowling appeals to all age groups, all demographics, and in this case, bowling will help us continue our mission to serve who are blind or visually impaired.
