Youth Programs TVI

Provides group and individual instruction to youth in the Transition and Children’s Programs who are blind or visually impaired in all aspects of daily living skills, communication skills, and adaptive/assistive technology at the center and in the community.  Develops instructional materials and lessons, as needed.  Evaluate client needs through assessment.  Provide instruction in the Year-Round and Summer Children’s Program and Transition Program in all areas of the Expanded Core Curriculum.  Complete all reports as required by Agency and funding sources to document client progress, including assessments and daily progress.
